Pastor

Our Senior Pastor is Dave Izenbart

Dave was born in Sheldon, Iowa, lived in  Holland, Michigan, and spent the majority of his growing up years in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.  He then went on to Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa and graduated with a B.A. in Psychology.  It was in these years that Dave sensed a call from the Lord to pursue full-time ministry.  From there, he went on to Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California and graduated with a Masters of Divinity Degree.  During his 5 years in seminary, Dave also served as an Intern Pastor at Emmanuel Reformed Church in Paramount, California.  Pastor Dave was installed as the Associate Pastor of Living Springs (formerly Homewood Reformed Church) on September 16, 1994. In June 2006, Pastor Dave became the Senior Pastor. Pastor Dave has a vision for Living Springs Community Church to be a spirit filled, multi-cultural church that radically blesses our community and beyond.  Dave & his wife, Kristin, and their 2 boys, Joshua & Caleb, and their daughter, Anika, reside in Glenwood.  Pastor Dave loves mountain biking, coaching his boys, golfing, and passing along bad jokes.
