Take it Slow in the name of Jesus Christ

Greetings my Brothers and Sisters in the awesome name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.

Happy wonderful Wednesday to you and yours. If you had a special celebration in January, God’s blessings on your birthday or anniversary or retirement or the receiving of some good news.

Beloved, control the tendency to act impulsively. Give careful consideration to the possible outcome of your actions. Ask God for wisdom and grace as you face each new day. God sees far down the road and will navigate you away from all that would harm you. Trust God; who always knows best.

Listen for God’s voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; he’s the one who will keep you on track. Proverbs 3.7 The Message Translation

God is interested in all of your life, even those things you might consider as irrelevant or insignificant. Start each day with a recognition that God loves you and deeply desires to work with you and through you. God will not make you do anything. However, God is always available to direct your steps and correct your missteps.

Let's pray ~

Loving Abba, Creator and Redeemer of my soul ~ I praise and worship You for who You are! Your kingdom come, Your will be done in my life. I am full of exuberant joy and thanksgiving as I recognize that You are with me, will help me, and unconditionally love me. Forgive me for the times when I have not acknowledged You and the ways I have negated Your wisdom through neglect. Thank You for Your lovingkindness and tender mercy. I offer this prayer of praise, confession, repentance, and thanksgiving in the name of Jesus the Christ, remembering Emmanuel. Amen. Shalom.
